Birkenstock Como Habana Oiled Leather Review

Kevin Fonger

If there's an activity or sport, I'll generally try it at least once. My main activities include running, hiking, skiing, cycling, camping, backpacking, and pretty much anything else you can think of. I love writing product reviews as I like helping people find the right gear so they will enjoy their activity that much more.

Can’t wait to wear my Gizeh’s in Antique Lace at my wedding reception in a little over a week! Some people have called me a “dirty hippy” for wearing my Birks at my wedding, but the Gizeh’s are super comfortable (a must after wearing tall shoes for the ceremony/photos), match my ivory dress perfectly, and are stylish too!
Photos to follow soon! Thanks to the folks at Birkenstock for making our wedding day a little more comfortable:)

Wow! Good for you Shannon! I would like to see Birks become well received everywhere. I wore a pair of Kerala’s (handmade in Spain, with beads) to a wedding in March. Lol, it was a little difficult to get that brave, but there were lots of young ladies in fancier type flip flops….my Birks for sure ruled. I’m gonna have to see if I can find these Gizeh’s you speak of….sound awesome! You go girl!
