Dakine Transit Hoodie Dakine Transit Hoodie Review The Dakine Transit Hoodie is a softshell jacket that looks and feels like your favorite hooded sweatshirt. The Transit, unlike your favorite sweatshirt, can be worn out in the elements and provides wind and water resistance. The outer shell is made from stretchy polyester, while the inside has a soft fleece lining to keep you cozy. The Transit has two zippered stash pockets to keep small items; the pockets are also tilted to add some style. We liked the adjustable hood and high collar that can help close out the elements if you get stuck outside when the weather changes. In addition, we liked the generous length and tight waist of the jacket to keep the heat in. One downside to the Transit is that it feels a bit stiff at first and takes some wear and tear to soften it up so that it moves with you.
