Pearl Izumi Phase Tech Tee Review

The Pearl Izumi Phase Tee is pretty much a basic tech tee with a little bit of flair to it. When we say basic, we don’t mean anything negative though. Today, tech tees can be hard to differentiate. The shirt is made from a moisture wicking fabric which will keep you cool and dry in warmer weather and warm and dry in colder weather.
