Sure, we all get that feeling of general wellness and accomplishment, but what about those days when muscle cramps, tightness, and soreness bog you down? For those of us without either the funds or inclination to find a massage therapist (and believe me, finding one who specializes in runners and isn’t booked through next year is tough), the Tiger Tail is a much needed post-run relief.

The bar is encased in a solid foam covering which smoothly and efficiently provides an effective deep tissue rub on your sorest muscles.
