Patagonia Bly Review

Patagonia Bly 300x300 Patagonia Bly ReviewThe Bly is a new shoe added to Patagonia’s line up this season. The Bly is a low profile green hiking shoe comprised of the following recycled components: POLI-CORK open cell footbed, PET/polyester mesh liner, polyester laces, and a rubber Vibram Ecostep outsole. Testers found immediate comfort with the Bly thanks to triple density EVA midsole, roomy toe box, and medium rise arch support. Testers used this shoe in Utah’s dessert country and in Colorado’s Front Range; the suede upper kept small precipitation out of the shoe and the Air Cushion Plus provided outstanding shock absorbing ability when tramping over small rocks or large boulders. The Bly is a lightweight option, coming in at 21 oz per pair, and comes in 3 fun colors that come clean when wiped with a wet cloth. Overall, the Bly is a practical, no frills, and environmentally friendly hiking shoe. For more information, please visit Patagonia.com
